Affirmation Swimwear is an online retailer based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, specializing in swimwear including bikini sets and one-piece swimsuits.

4. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and sizing as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to differences in device displays and photography lighting. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse service at our sole discretion.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment is currently processed through Shopify Checkout, with additional payment options (such as Zelle) being introduced over time. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of your order.

6. Delivery

Affirmation Swimwear currently serves customers within the United States and does not yet offer international shipping. Once your order is confirmed and your invoice has been fully generated, a member of our team will contact you directly to coordinate delivery logistics. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you individually and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and health reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, or altered, or that no longer has its original hygienic liner or tags attached, cannot be returned or exchanged. If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product so we can review your request.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or delivery logistics have been arranged, cancellations may not be possible. Refund eligibility, where applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated directly to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Affirmation Swimwear or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
